How levels work

Earn it
Each level asks for completed orders, earnings, time on Busyzero, a strong rating over enough reviews and a good success score. Higher levels also ask for repeat clients and maintenance plans.
Level day
On the 1st of every month we check every seller. Meet everything for the next level and you move up one step. Your dashboard shows your progress every day.
Keep it
Levels are about how you work now. If you no longer meet your level, you get a warning and a month to recover before moving down one step. Elite is by invitation and checked by a person.

Commission applies to the first € 2.500 (excl. VAT) per client; above that every seller pays 10%. Level-up gifts are given once per level reached. Free monthly promotion uses promotion places nobody paid for. Rewards are vouchers, never cash.

The success score

One number from 0 to 100 that shows how well a seller treats buyers right now, over the last 90 days or the last 20 orders. It appears after 5 completed orders. Sellers see their own score with tips; buyers see only the level badge.

Fair for everyone

Only paid, completed orders from € 25 excl. VAT count, never from the seller's own account.
One client counts for at most 20% of what a level asks, so levels reflect many happy clients.
Reviews from brand-new buyer accounts weigh less in the success score.
Every level change is explained to the seller, who can always ask us to look again.

Rising and Proven: a track record of completed, well-rated orders.
Expert and Top Rated: years of consistent quality, on-time delivery and clients who come back.
Elite: personally checked by Busyzero. If something goes wrong, we step in within one working day.
Levels never change the price you pay, and a New seller is often a hidden gem: everyone starts there.
