Busyzero · version 1
Seller guidelines
In force since 17 October 2026
These guidelines explain what we expect from sellers and what makes a gig that buyers trust. They are part of the seller terms. We review gigs against them, so following them gets your gigs live faster.
1. A gig that sells
- A clear, specific title that names the outcome, not the tool: "Automated quote follow-ups that close deals" beats "Make.com automation for CRM".
- One concrete outcome sentence: what the buyer gets, in their words.
- Two to eight tests that define "working": when X happens, then Y happens. This is your works-or-money-back promise, so make every test checkable.
- One to three packages, each with a clear price, delivery time and what's included.
- A clean cover image and real screenshots of the solution in action. No stock photos of other products, no logos you don't own.
2. Honest promises
- Only list tools, integrations and results you have delivered before.
- Mention every cost the buyer pays outside Busyzero (software subscriptions, AI usage, phone numbers) in the gig.
- Set delivery times you can keep, including time for questions and testing.
- Don't copy other sellers' gigs, texts or images.
3. Working with buyers
- Answer messages within one working day, also before an order.
- Ask your questions through the order's questions, so everything is in one place.
- Keep communication and payment on Busyzero. Don't share email addresses, phone numbers or payment links.
- Deliver with clear instructions: what you built, how to use it, how to test it against the gig's tests, and what to do when something breaks.
4. Security and data
- Ask only for the access you need. Prefer a separate login for you in the buyer's own accounts, with the lowest rights that work.
- Build in the buyer's own accounts where possible, so they keep control.
- Never store passwords in messages or documents; use the buyer's password manager or invite links.
- Don't keep buyer data after delivery, and don't use it to train AI models or for anything other than the order.
- Tell the buyer and Busyzero straight away if you suspect a data leak.
5. AI-specific rules
- Be clear about which AI models and third-party services the solution uses, and where they process data.
- Build in human checks where an AI mistake could harm the buyer or their customers.
- No solutions that deceive people (for example AI that pretends to be a human without saying so where the law requires disclosure), generate fake reviews, or collect personal data without a legal basis.
6. Not allowed on Busyzero
- Spam tools, mass unsolicited messaging, or scraping personal data without a legal basis.
- Solutions to get around security, licences, paywalls or other platforms' terms.
- Anything illegal, discriminatory, adult or harmful.
- Fake or paid reviews, review swaps, or asking buyers to change a review.
- Several seller accounts for one person, or selling another person's work as your own.
7. What happens if guidelines are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we ask you to change a gig, unpublish it, give a warning, limit your account or end it. We always tell you why, and you can respond through support.
