Returns are part of online selling, but handling them by hand eats time: read the email, check the order date and policy, make a label, wait for the parcel, issue the refund, answer the "where is my money" email. This automation takes the return request from a form or email, checks it against your policy, creates the label and sends it. When the parcel is received (from Standard), it issues the refund or exchange and tells the customer. Photos of damage can be checked by AI to route claims correctly. Anything outside the rules goes to a person with the reason shown. The return reasons report shows which products cause the most returns.
