Customer purchase orders from email or PDF become checked sales orders in your ERP.
Wholesalers and manufacturers still type purchase orders by hand: open the PDF, find the customer, look up every item code, check the price, type the order, send a confirmation. This automation reads each purchase order, whatever the format, recognises the customer and items, checks prices against your agreements (and stock in Standard), and creates the sales order in your ERP. The customer gets a confirmation from your own address. When something doesn't match, like a price, an unknown item or a quantity far from normal, the order goes to a short exceptions queue where one click fixes it. Nothing questionable is booked silently. Every order is logged and you see the volume and time saved each month.
